Like Rebiya Kadeer, he also lives in the United States. Founder of the 'Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network'. He is funded by the NED, just like Kadeer. He was the speaker of the 2017 the US program 'Muslim Life in USA'. He had introduced himself as: I am a follower of the F.Gulen and the Hizmet Movement.

The honorary president of the World Uyghur Congress, whom the separatists call 'the mother of the Uyghurs', Rebiya Kadeer’s nephew, Kuzzat Altay, seems to be a follower of the FETO leader.

Kuzzat Altay lives in the United States, just like Rebiya Kadeer. Altay, who is also the founder of the Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network, is linked to The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), just like Rebiya Kadeer. The Uighur American Association, chaired by Kuzzat Altay, receives hundreds of thousands of dollars as a funding from the NED every year.

Altay spoke at a program organized by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax, on January 4th 2017. Altay was one of the four main speakers at the program called 'Muslim Life in USA', and he introduced himself in his presentation text with the following words:

"Eight years ago, I came to America as a refugee from China. The rest is a long story, I am going to include it on my presentation. I am a Muslim. I am a follower of Fetullah Gulen and the Hizmet Movement. I am now the founder and the CEO of Cybertek, an IT training and consultation company, based in McLean Virginia."

THE GULENIST MANAGER OF KUZZAT ALTAY

Kuzzat Altay's relationship with FETO is does not with that. A name from the executives of the Fairfax, Virginia-based the Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network and the Cybertek Company which Altay is the CEO of: The name is Tezcan Inanlar. Inanlar, who serves as the Network's Director of Civilian Participation and the Director of Foreign Affairs, is also serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibilities at Cybertek. Tezcan Inanlar, who lives in Washington, served as the Branch Director, the Northwest Regional Director and the Chairman of the Board for the Pacifica Institute, one of FETO's undercover organizations in the United States. At the Institute that he joined in 2006, he organized meetings and trips for the interfaith dialogue, opened new offices and collaborated with local churches such as the Universal Unitarian Church, where Altay was also a speaker of. Inanlar has also played a key role in the Anatolian Culture and Food Festival organized by FETO in the United States, according to information given on his LinkedIn account. The most important topic that the Pacifica Institute -which organizes various events under the roof of conferences, seminars and cultural events- has given attention to, is the interfaith dialogue efforts. It can be understood from the images on the Institute's website, that FETO members, in order to develop close relations with the Jewish and the Christian groups, have organized Ramadan dinners and visit programs to churches and synagogues, through this organization. The Institute, which is also supported by the American government, was awarded the 'Distinguished Community Leadership Award' (DCLA) in 2016, which was nominated 'for their extraordinary contributions', by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

UIGHUR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK

Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network, is one of the organizations of the separatist Uyghurs in the United States. The Network founded by Kuzzat Altay, the Uyghur Human Rights Project and the Uyghur American Association, all of which receives funding from the NED, are operating closely. The organization, which gives trainings, has taken its Cybersecurity Awareness Training, from the FBI on September 7th 2019. The Network describes its vision on its website, with these words: "Our headquarters is located in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia. Our goal, is to help Uyghur individuals to gain their self-sustainability, and to fully integrate in the larger community."

THE FUNDING IS FROM THE NED

China is one of the countries, that has caught the attention of the NED, which has a mask of 'democracy and freedom' and backs the ethnic and religious separatism around the world through its contractors that it establishes. The NED also funds the ethnic and religious elements within China, by millions of dollars. The Uyghur American Association (UAD), which Kuzzat Altay is the chairman of, is one of those organizations. In fact, according to the information on its website, the Uyghur Human Rights Project (UHRP) was founded in 2004, by the Uyghur American Association (UAA), with the support funds of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

The funds received by the UAD, and its affiliate the UHRP in the last five years from the NED, are as follows:
